Motivation is a psychological game. You’ve heard the phrase “mind over matter” and that’s exactly how you need to think about motivation. It’s that crucial piece of the puzzle to achieving your goals. For some, motivation comes easy. For others, it doesn’t. Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping is unique in that our community of members helps keep each other motivated and accountable.

Reason for starting FXB: I started in March of 2009. I wanted to lose weight, increase muscle tone and improve my self-esteem.

Changes You Have Seen: I lost 50 lbs. in my first year with Farrell’s. I became I became a healthier person, more self-confident, and I made great friends.

Thoughts on the Program: I love the great support system and accountability that comes with group fitness. FXB is a fun way to get your cardio and strength training in.

Memorable Moments you have had with FXB: I became a coach and instructor about a year after my 10 week session. I absolutely love watching the new students grow and become more confident throughout their sessions.

Why Should Someone Else Do FXB? The class structure is great focusing on both strength and cardio. The motivation coming from the coaches, instructors, and other members is amazing. It’s a life changing program!
